Baked Yogurt Tilapia

Ingredients:

4 Tilapia filets
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.
4 table spoons mayonnaise
1 Lemon
1/3 teaspoon black or white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Few pieces cornflakes
1/2 cup white wine
50gr. Butter
Salt to taste

For the yogurt souse:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons yogurt
White pepper, lemon juice and dill to taste

Directions:

Rinse the filets and dry them. Pour the juice of one lemon over them and season with salt and peppers.
In a baking dish pour the white wine and place the fish filets. Smear with mustard and mayonnaise. Place pieces of butter and cornflakes over each of them and bake for 20 minutes in 200°C oven.
For the yogurt souse just mix all the ingredients.
Serve with vegetables and white wine.

Is Tilapia supposed to have a sea weed kind of taste? I will have to try out this recipe because we like the fish just not plain. Will get back with how it goes.
